Justin has worked in criminal defense for over a decade and is currently the Director of IPD. In his free time, he loves being with his kids, working on his lawn and BBQ. One day he hopes to see the Trailblazers win it all.

Jesse Hardval

Jesse hails from Northeast Ohio. He is an avid outdoorsman, and when he is not in court, you are likely to find him in the forests and fields around Pendleton with his English Springer Spaniel close by.

Darrin Divers

Darrin is a native Oregonian and former professor who decided his passion is public defense. He loves trial work and fighting for the underdog.

Kit Morgan

Kit transferred to IPD from Legal Aid where he worked for over 20 years. Kit handles IPD's dependency caseload. He hails from St. Louis and loves the Cardinals.

Tom Grey

Tom Grey has over 40 years experience working in criminal law. He loves white-water rafting and spending time with his family.

Cloud Hayes

Cloud Hayes recently passed the bar in September 2023. Cloud grew up on the mean streets of SE Michigan. They consider themselves a "Man of the People". And they have a passion for helping the oppressed and persecuted.

Tyler Moore

Tyler began his legal career in Portland and now enjoys the small-town community of Pendleton. Although not afraid of prosecutors, as a native Missourian, he is still afraid of the ocean, bears, and his sister-in-law, Krista.

Elizabeth Lewis

Elizabeth recently made the shift to criminal defense after representing low-income Oregonians in civil matters for 4 years. She loves being a trial attorney and is passionate about advocating for the best possible outcome for each of her clients. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys exploring the outdoors with her pets and hosting friends for game nights.

Isaac Christman

Isaac is a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law school and recently passed the bar in July 2025. Born and raised in Northeastern Kansas, Isaac is passionate about animal rights and all things outdoors.
